What We Work On
What bikes do you service in Alexandria?
We service most bike types across Sydney, including commuter, hybrid, mountain, road, single-speed, and BMX bikes. We can carry out mechanical repairs on e-bikes, but not electrical or software repairs.
We keep a wide range of preloved components on hand and will always prioritise reusing good parts over buying new. Where wearable components like chains, cassettes, and cables need replacing, we’ll source new parts and fit them properly.
If we need to order a specific part for your bike, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

A few things to note
Turnaround & Space
Space is at a premium and we like a fast turnaround. If your bike is ready for collection and we can’t reach you within a week, a $20/week holding fee applies (in addition to the cost of service).
Big-Box/Department Store Bikes
We can service bikes from big-box or online retailers, though repair costs often exceed the bike’s value. These frames aren’t always built for long-term repair, but we’re happy to help you weigh your options or find a more durable ride.
We don’t service suspensions. For that kind of work, we recommend Mountain Bike Suspension Centre.

How do I book?
No appointment needed for a quote. We recommend booking ahead for a faster turnaround.
Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm (drop-off, pick-up, and servicing)
Saturday: 10am – 4pm (drop-off and pick-up)
Sunday: Closed (we’re out riding)
