Are refurbished bikes as good as new?
Yes and often better. Every bike is rebuilt by our seasoned mechanics. You get proven durability you can’t find in a new bike at the same price
What does "professionally refurbished" mean?
It means every bike is fully disassembled, inspected component by component, repaired, and reassessed before going on the floor. It’s not a wash and a polish.
Can I test ride a bike before I buy?
Yes. We’d love for you to visit our Alexandria workshop during business hours and take any bike for a test ride. Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm; Saturday 10am-4pm
What warranty comes with a refurbished bike?
Every bike sold at Revolve ReCYCLING includes a 6-month warranty and one free service. If your bike doesn’t perform as advertised, we’ll sort it out.
What types of bikes do you sell?

Do you offer anything for students or short-term riders?

How do I know what size bike to get?

WHAT SIZE BIKE DO I NEED?
The right size depends on your height, inseam length, and riding style. As a general guide, riders between 165–175cm typically suit a medium frame, while those above 180cm usually need a large. Download our Bike Size Guide or visit us in Alexandria — our team will help you find the right fit. No pressure, no guesswork.

Can I donate my pre-loved bike?
Yes. We accept pre-loved bikes in any condition. If it’s rideable, we rebuild it for sale or donate it to a child in need through our Wheels for Kids program. If it’s beyond repair, we recycle every part responsibly. [Donate]
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online payments. For in-store payments at our Alexandria workshop, credit card and cash payments are welcome.
